Moderation and Appeals
Effective July 21, 2026
Local hosting policy
Publishing to the Apps protocol is permissionless. We may use Topical Eviction to stop serving a listing from the overlay and catalogue copy we operate when it distributes malware, steals credentials, impersonates others, facilitates unlawful material, or uses deceptive payments.
Process
Reports are evaluated case by case with supporting evidence. We record the affected outpoint, policy basis, operator action, and date. Publishers may request reconsideration with remediation evidence.
Scope of eviction
Topical Eviction does not rewrite Bitcoin history, invalidate the Apps protocol, or remove a listing from independently operated overlays. The site does not attach trust, warning, verification, or governance badges to listings.
